Greven Herringbone Deluxe Dreadnaught
This Dreadnaught by John Greven is the best playing flatpicker I have ever played. It has a huge rich, deep tone that you have to hear to believe. This Deluxe has some of John's custom touches, like the hand carved leaves on the heel of the neck, the hand engraved Eagle headstock inlay with binding on the headstock and fingerboard, Dove fingerboard inlay, and extremely beautiful Flamed Claro Walnut back and sides with great flames and lots of color.
There is about a one year waiting period to order a new Greven Guitar but they are well worth the wait.

McKnight Cocobolo Slope Shoulder Dreadnaught
This slope shouldered Dreadnaught was made by Tim McKnight of Ohio with Cocobolo Rosewood back and sides, Sitka Spruce top that was cut in 1959, and dual sound ports.

Irvine Model 12 fret
This body style is based on the Greven FX with Black Walnut back and sides, Sitka Spruce top, Abalone and Pearl flower on headstock, Abalone hearts inlaid in the fingerboard, bridge wings, and heel cap, it has a deep, mellow tone that is extremely well balanced.
I named this model the "Irvine" as a tribute to my late Uncle Glen "Dude" Irvine, who was crippled with polio
at a very young age, but that didn't keep him from becoming one of the all time great musicians, and he
was an inspiration to countless aspiring musicians including me. Dude got me interested in Merle Travis and Chet Atkins fingerstyle guitar and after showing me how to play fingerstyle, started me on a lifelong journey in music.
Irvine model with pyramid bridge, Deco inlay, Greven Tortis pickguard, and buffalo horn bridge pins.
Another 12 fret Irvine model, with extreme Flamed Black Walnut back & sides, Curly Maple binding, end wedge, and Buffalo Horn strap buttons.
